Speaking of the Center of Excellence, Brian McDowell, President of IOA Personal Lines and Small Business Unit, said > Northern Ireland has a thriving insurance industry that has attracted investment from Liberty Mutual, Progressive, Chubb, and Aflac. The Center of Excellence is of strategic importance; the technical skills, expertise, and work ethic will enable the firm to achieve our vision and goals for SimplyIOA. > > As well as offering employment opportunities in software development, we are investing in a personal development and training program. This program is available for all team members to ensure we remain at the forefront of advancing industry developments. > > The support from the US and Northern Ireland [Invest NI](https://www.investni.com/) teams was instrumental in the selection of Belfast. They facilitated a detailed visit program that included meetings with universities, investors, and professional services companies that showcased the skills and expertise available in Northern Ireland, that demonstrated Belfast was the best location for the SimplyIOA Center of Excellence. We are excited to call Belfast home and the opportunities it provides the team to learn, develop, and grow while developing the country's first quote and buy platform SimplyIOA.   share this post [![5 Essential Tips for Classic Car Maintenance & Preservation](https://stories.simplyioa.com/hubfs/5-Essential-Tips-for-Classic-Car-Maintenance-%26-Preservation-Blog.jpg) ](https://stories.simplyioa.com/5-essential-tips-for-classic-car-maintenance-preservation) ##### [5 Essential Tips for Classic Car Maintenance & Preservation](https://stories.simplyioa.com/5-essential-tips-for-classic-car-maintenance-preservation) For many enthusiasts, classic cars are more than just vehicles; they're rolling pieces of history.
